The apartment met all my expectations. All perferct. Showers, hot water .. space.
This apartment is only suitable for those who plan to stay out late or go to bed well after midnight. The bedroom window is directly above a pizzeria entrance, where people gather, smoke, and shout loudly every single night. For us, every night was a nightmare because of the constant noise. If you value a quiet night's sleep, this is not the place for you.

Ruim, stijlvol, goede locatie.
De noodverlichting in de gang schijnt door de ruit van de slaapkamerdeur. Hierdoor is het de hele nacht erg licht in de slaapkamer waardoor ik slecht kon slapen. Doe hier iets aan, het is echt een no-no! Heel jammer, want verder is alles heel goed.

vor der Außentreppe entweicht die Abluft der angrenzenden Pizzeria, beim Türöffnen steht man immer im Pizzageruch, auch im Vorflur immer dieser Geruch

Very spacious
When trying to sleep in the double bedroom, the noise from the traffic, people walking past, generator from pizza restaurant below and glass/rubbish collection (at 3/4am) made sleeping impossible. I had no more than 1 hour of sleep on the first night. Luckily there were just 2 of us staying in the property so I was able to move to the second bedroom for the rest of the stay. Also, the floor in the bedroom with 2x single beds was noticeably filthy, definitely not been washed in a while!
