Pond Cottage in New Quay, Ceredigion, sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.
Pond Cottage, a reverse-level home has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a utility, a sunroom, a double bedroom with en-suite, and a twin with en-suite. Appliances consist of an electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, 3D/HD TV with Freeview, two TVs, two DVD players, USB charger, Bluetooth system, and a selection of books and games. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars, a large garden with lawn, terrace, hot tub and garden furniture, and 35 acres of land, accessible to guests, with streams, wildlife ponds and bridleways, steep woodland areas. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at a supplement, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. Enjoy rural Ceredigion at Pond Cottage. Note: Dogs must be duck and dog friendly as there are resident ducks on the pond and the owners have their own cats and dogs. Note: No children under 8 years. Note: EV charging is prohibited.
