Stunning villa situated in a picture perfect private location. With a backdrop of mountains and sea views from the pool this is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for a calming peaceful place to stay whilst not too far away from the more busier tourist hotspots. The villa itself had everything we needed to stay comfortable during our stay, I can't recommend this place highly enough. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to everyone I know who is traveling to the beautiful island of Crete!

We had a great time in a wonderful house. Villa Miramare has exceeded all our expectations! Located in the idyllic little mountain village Mathes it offers fantastic views of the imposing Cretan mountains on the one hand and the beautiful Cretan Mediterranean on the other, which can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Here you can really relax deeply! The lovely decorated and tastefully furnished house offers everything – nothing was missing! It had all the best modern comforts and luxuries we could want (eg air con in each room) with great social areas to eat and drink. We have already decided to come back next year on the beautiful island of Crete and the Villa Miramare! Thanks Carolyn & George – you were a great host, very kind and helpful.
