Blu Mediterraneo House is a terraced house located in a residential complex consisting of five separate properties, with a shared pool, just 30 meters from the golden beach.
Every house has independent access. Each unit is on two levels. On the ground floor, through a large living room entrance, there is access to 2 bedrooms, (1 double and 1 twin/double), 1 bathroom and the kitchen.

The area is a private road and the houses are beautiful. The big, sandy beach with Caribbean flair is just across the road. A small supermarket can be reached by walking, for the big one you need a car. Enough restaurants are in walking distance as well. The Pool area is nice and clean and the pool is open 24 hours which was a nice surprice. The house has 2 terraces you can choose to sit outside and a big kitchen to prepare your home made meals. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
There was a bit of mold in the ground floor bathroom. Therefore 4 instead of 5 stars.

Lovely property and owner . Spacious, clean, well decorated with numerous sitting areas to choose from. Gorgeous pool . Lovely , friendly and helpful host.
Recycling bins on property would be useful.
Only issue was local area with lack of bus routes and supermarket . Good choice of restaurants and bars within walking distance so surprising no other shops/ provisions. Restricted chance to visit neighbouring areas , being rather isolated. Reviews had mentioned bus routes hence booking apartment but turns out were none.

Je 20 m d une superbe plage et 3 km de la ville.
Appartement très beau et rénové et spacieux. une piscine comme sur la photo et un compromis entre tranquillité et partage avec les locaux en vacances.
Ideal point de depart pour visiter la region sud est.
