Its nearness to all major attractions.
The cramped up room with less lighting in bathroom. And the balcony was just namesake.

Located a short walk to the busy area of HCM city meaning you do not hear any bars or clubs etc. free filtered drinking water in the lobby.
Accessing the property was difficult, there are no reception staff and you have to message on WhatsApp for code’s to access front gate then main door. The apartment is located up a back alleyway which was difficult to find at first but ok after that.

Very nice room in a good location.
Nice and quiet set in a back alley off a very busy road.
Very good communication with staff via messaging.
It says no pre payment required on booking but they kept pushing for advance payment through their website, eventually agreed to cash on arrival.
Make sure someone explains the door codes when you arrive. This didn't happen to us and it got a bit messy
