الفيلا جيدة...ثلاث غرف في الدور الاول صغيرة نسبيا ويوجد دورة مياه واحده..في الدور الارضي صالة واسعة وفيها مطبخ بكامل معداته ودورة مياه ايضا..مع اطلالة عالبحر جميلة..يوجد بالكونة جميلة في الدور الاول مطلة على البحر ..
الفيلا لا انصح بها لمن لديه اطفال او كبار السن ..الدخول الى الفيلا والخروج منها يتطلب صعود او نزول درج بخط مستقيم قرابة 20 او 25 درجة تقريبا ارهقتنا كثيرا في تحميل الشنط .كذلك ابواب الغرفة ودورات المياه كانت مقافلها غير محكمة الاغلاق وتحتاج استبدال..المواقف غير متوفرة بشكل مضمون حسب التوفر في مساحة سكة جنب البيت ومن سبق وقف فيها ..الموقع يبعد 30دقيقة بالسيارة للوصول الى ميدان طرابزون.

كانت فيلا رائعة تتألف من طابقين ومطبخ متكامل مع إطلاله رائعة كأنك في بيتك والمضيف متعاون وهناك شاطيء مناسب للسباحة والاسترخاء تنزل له من خلال درج
الوصول للفيلا من خلال درج طويل متعب لمن لديه حقائب كثيرة أو كبير في السن

كانت إقامة جميلة جداً ، المكان نظيف ومرتب ومريح وأكثر شيء أعجبنا تصميم البيت ، الدور السفلي كوزي مرة ومريح للجلوس والاسترخاء والدور العلوي هادئ ومخصص للنوم ، صاحب السكن ووالدته كانوا لطفاء جداً وحسن ضيافتهم خلى الإقامة أجمل ، أنصح فيه وبكل تأكيد راح أرجع له إذا زرت المنطقة مرة ثانية ، شكراً على كل شيء.
فقط الدرج عالي شوي ومواقف السيارات إذا جيت متأخر ما تحصل موقف.
