In the center of the courtyard is an elegant 26 m² private swimming pool surrounded by a landscaped garden with Mediterranean plants that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The covered terrace offers the perfect place for morning coffee or evening socializing, while the barbecue area is ideal for preparing Dalmatian specialties in the fresh air. Everything is designed to encourage a carefree stay, whether you want to sunbathe, read a book in the shade or enjoy family moments outdoors.
The villa can accommodate up to 14 people in seven comfortable bedrooms spread over three floors, making it an excellent choice for larger families or groups of friends.
The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a warm and cozy living room, access to the terrace, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, air conditioning and a TV.
The first floor consists of two separate apartments, each with its own kitchen, living room and double bedrooms - ideal for guests who want extra privacy.
On the second floor of the house there is an apartment for two people, with a balcony and a beautiful sea view, perfect for those looking for peace and a romantic atmosphere.
