About this apartment rental

Summary:

Gorgeous two-bed apartment sleeping four with a balcony and sea and harbour views. Fantastically located with restaurants, bars, cafes and shops within the Marina resort and easy beach walk or bus ride to the city centre.

Brighton Marina feels like holiday destination with its array of restaurants, bars, shops, cinema, bowling, and casino.

The number 7 bus runs regularly from the Marina into Brighton city centre. You can also take the beautiful under cliff walk into the village of Rottingdean.



The Space:

Please note: as part of a phased building programme at the Marina, external scaffolding is planned at the Orion building between August 2026 and 2027. Works take place on weekdays during standard working hours. No access is required to the apartment; privacy film will be applied to windows, and balcony use is managed to minimise disruption, with advance notice provided when access is temporarily restricted.



Open plan Living / Dining / Kitchen area consisting of:



Living area

A contemporary, stylish social area, perfect for soaking up the harbour and sea vista. The cream leather corner sofa is great to lounge on and watch the TV or take in the views.



Dining area

Glass oval table with four chairs provides plenty of space to go from kitchen to table.



Kitchen area

A modern and integrated kitchen will ensure you are fully self catered. Within the contrasting units you will find an under counter fridge, freezer, dishwasher and electric hob with oven and grill, as well as a microwave and Nespresso machine. The washing machine is in the utility cupboard in the hallway.



Bedroom 1

Stylishly simple with king size bed and grey side tables with lamps. There is a built in mirrored wardrobe to put away your belongings and an en-suite.



Bedroom 2

Another contemporary bedroom with double bed, white bedside tables and lamps. A gloss, white wardrobe takes care of unpacking.



Bathroom 1

Hotel style finish with bath and shower overhead, WC, sink and heated towel rail.



Bathroom 2

The second bathroom is an en-suite to bedroom 1 and houses a shower cubicle, sink, WC and heated towel rail.



Outside Space

The balcony brings the outside in and provides a great space to breathe in the fresh sea air and appreciate the wonderful harbour views and chalk cliffs in the distance. There is a table and two chairs for you to go alfresco.

We absolutely LOVED this gorgeous apartment with amazing views. I loved having the balcony and having windows that opened all the way too. The beds were extremely comfy - awesome night's sleepThe location is superb - loved wandering around the marina and easy bus journey (or walkable in about 40ish mins) to Brighton too.Loved having the car paring space in a car park that is as secure as possible. Loved being near the RNLI - please do go in the shop, lovely friendly volunteers and a great cause.We hope to be back!

What an amazing setting- the views from the windows are stunning and everything you need is close by. We had a lovely walk into Brighton (to the i360) which took about an hour. We came for a rest and if we hadn't wanted to we need not have left the apartment - it has everything you need.
