Ty Fferm is a farmhouse cottage housing a kitchen/diner with multi-fuel stove and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and for entertainment there is a TV, DVD player and WiFi. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a twin and a child’s bunk, served by a shower room. To the outside there is a lawned garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars, plus space for boat parking. Within 1 mile or less there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, there three well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, there is no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent.
