Spacious Apartment, Nice Location.

Very nice, spacious apartment. Really comfortable bed. 24/7 security. Walk to Copacabana and Ipanema Beaches.

Great spacious apartment a stones throw from Copacabana and Ipanema

For us the location was great as we were there for Carnival but wanted to be closer to Ipanema but in a residential area. There are a few good local bars close by and Copacabana beach is 2 blocks away with Ipanema about 10 mins walk. The apartment was great for us 2, more spacious than we expected and an extra toilet!

Shower was not always hot!

Best place to stay at Copacabana

If you want to stay for a few days at Copacabana do not hesitate to rent this place. It’s very big, well maintained and close to the beach, shops and good restaurants.

This is not a typical hotel but rather AirBnb like apartment that you rent, so finding the right place might be complicated at the beginning but once you find it everything goes smooth. Before your stay you have to fill a lot of forms online to verify your identity, so when you show at the property the security guy can identify you and let you into the building. What I did not like was the amount of notifications and emails Pineapples sent during this process - at some point I got really lost. Also even after I successfully filled all necessary forms I got a reminder to do it - which was sent automatically without previously checking if it’s done. I understand all security measures but the process can be for sure simplified, shortened and more user friendly, especially for people who are already traveling and don’t want to spend few hours on figuring out all the emails and instructions 😌

Oh it was very comfortable and convenient apartment! One of my best stays in Rio! Thank you very much! Really felt like home, very clean, only positive emotions! I still remember this apartment with the warmness in my heart!

The only one thing is that: quite complicated check - in procedure! I mean you need to do check - in electronically including upload your passport! It took quite some time

Exceptional

Location excellent close to both Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. Comfortable bed , two bathrooms and kitchen with large refrigerator .Safe location with security guard 24 hours. Wifi very fast. Two televisions.

Up to 3 persons max, good location

Appartment location is great, close by walk to both Copa and Ipanema. Easy check-in, also there is doorman 24/7 so good security. Equipment with all appliances, also bathroom plus additional toiler is convinient.

Building common had awkward unpleasant onion smell which was also noticed from time to time in the appartment as well. Its not convinient for 4 persons, up to 3 max, sofa is not wide enough for 2 persons and not comfortable at all.

Buen apartamento en ubicación excelente

La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca de Copacabana e Ipanema. El apartamento está muy bien y tiene buenas dimensiones, cocina independiente y dos baños. No incluye cosas básicas (jabón de manos, jabón para fregar platos, detergente de ropa o jabón/champú de ducha).

Creemos que es importante para un apartamento temporal que proporcione ciertas cosas básicas como detergente para la lavadora, jabón de manos, jabón para fregar platos, o gel/champú para la ducha. Los inquilinos que van a estar solo unos días no deberían tener que comprar esto, claramente va a sobrar y se va a quedar en el apartamento.

Prédio muito bem localizado, tamanho e espaço do apartamento muito bom.

O principal problema é o mau-cheiro que exalava do banheiro social e não havia nada que fazia melhorar. O apartamento estava mal limpo, com manchas na colcha que cobre o sofá, com alguns talheres mal lavados e também não havia bucha para que nós pudéssemos lavar as louças que utilizamos. Se no check-out pedem para deixar as louças limpas, então acredito que a PINEAPPLES deveria disponibilizar esse item de limpeza. Creio que os travesseiros também poderiam ser mais confortáveis, bem como as informações de acesso ao prédio mais claras.

Una pesadilla el alojamiento de fue alquilado dos veces

Llegamos y nos encontramos que el hospedaje fue alquilada dos veces. La persona de la recepción no entendía nada de español y no se hacía entender. Fue muy complicado que nos diga exactamente porque no nos dejaba pasar al alojamiento. Nos tuvimos que conseguir otro hospedaje.

Ótimo apartamento, perto da praia e muito confortável.

Cama confortável, boa localização, chuveiro muito bom, estrutura no geral bem boa.

O ar condicionado do quarto estava bem fraco (gelando pouco) e a televisão tinha TV por assinatura mas não pegava nenhum canal 🤷🏻‍♀️.

La localisation du logement était parfaite! Quartier sécurisé entre les plages de Copacabana et ipanema, juste parfait! Logement dans une résidence sécurisée avec concierge, rien à redire

Lugar ideal para quedarte en río

Me gustó TODO. La ubicación es excelente, el apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene tv smart, una hamaca paraguaya para sentarse a leer, la cocina es muy completa , y abajo tenes un súper y un bar. Si vas a rio en pareja, es el lugar ideal. Nos quedamos con ganas de ir más días
