About this house rental
Connolly House is a 4 bedroom home perfect for enjoying Port Fairy's East Beach without the crowds. Positioned on the corner of Connolly Street and Griffiths, this home is a stone's throw to East Beach. Beautifully decorated and with an elegant design this home offers a unique opportunity for your next Port Fairy holiday.
Enter into the home, welcomed into the light and spacious living room and 8 seater dining table. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, one with 2 singles and the second with a Queen. Both bedrooms come with built in wardrobes and plenty of space. The bedrooms share a large bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a second separate powder room outside the Queen room.
The large kitchen has stone bench tops, a double fridge and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry with both washing machine and dryer. A timber private outdoor decking curls around the kitchen and living room offering you sun drenched warmth in the summer. Perfect for BBQ dinners or when you would just like to enjoy the peace and calm of the well maintained garden, with views over the fields.
Head upstairs to the third and fourth bedroom, both with spacious Queens and built in robes. They share a sizable bathroom with large walk in shower. As with downstairs there is also a separate powder room. Upstairs offers a second living area with relaxing bench seat and outdoor decking.
And to top it all off this house offers a second kitchen area, with fridge, dishwasher and microwave. This makes it ideal for 2 families or those with older children who would enjoy a little more independence.
Connolly House has off street parking for 2 cars and is the ideal retreat to enjoy all of Port Fairy on your next holiday.

A lovely spacious clean house. We felt very comfortable and the kids ran over the hill to go surfing every morning. Very modern home with incredibly comfortable beds, we felt we were on a very luxurious holiday. A fabulous deck with remote control shade sail, we spent a lot of time playing cards and reading outside. Highly recommend for a family with older children as there are two living areas.
