Francois' place was cosy, well-appointed, and with a nearby grocery store too. It was super convenient for Old Quebec too - Highly recommended!

The apartment was clean but small. Not fancy but had the basics. The washer and dryer were welcome as we’d been traveling for quite a while. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. We did walk to Ave Cartier a few times and it is only a block from the Plains of Abraham. To get anywhere else you need to drive. Having a parking space is very convenient. There is noise from upstairs. We could hear the neighbors—sometimes during the night. Overall a good apartment for exploring Quebec.

We had an amazing trip to Quebec. Property as pictured, clean, nice and comfortable. Nice location, close to everything, easy parking. We will be back.
