The sleeping area is spread across three levels and accommodates up to 10 people in 3 main bedrooms and 2 additional sleeping spaces, ensuring privacy for everyone.
Master bedroom (Upper level): King-size bed (200 cm), terrace access, en-suite bathroom (bathtub, shower, and WC).
Bedroom 2 (Ground floor): 140 cm double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC.
Bedroom 3 (Ground floor): 140 cm double bed, direct access to the pool. Separated toilet.
Games room (Lower level): 160 cm double sofa bed, en-suite shower room/WC.
Home cinema room (Lower level): 140 cm double sofa bed.
This spacious layout comfortably accommodates a large family and friends, with all the main bedrooms featuring their own bathroom or shower room. Built on a 1,500 m² plot with wooden terraces, the house offers many outdoor spaces. The private pool can be heated upon request from the end of May.
