Perfect location for the La Prarion ski lift, and an excellent bakery/sandwich shop next door!

The bunk bed was very noisy when moving in bed

Great location at an excellent price.

Reflected in the price, but this is a small place. Fine for us as a couple, but the bunk beds are built in to the hallway. If you were there with kids, you’d have difficulty accessing the toilet or shower/bathroom without disturbing them if they were in bed. And four adults would need to know each other very well!!! Also, no Cartes d’hotes (for free/discounted travel around Chamonix) provided.

The location is perfect right next to the Prarion lift. The apartment is small but had plenty of storage as well as a parking space and ski locker. The appliances were all new and most things had been thought of. The description was very accurate.

The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable and very noisy. We needed a welcome pack explaining where a few things were maybe with some tips. Some basic cooking ingredients would have been great (salt/pepper/oil and maybe a tea bag or two/coffee to start with)

I think it is important for anyone booking this property to also realise: - No Wifi - we missed this on the advert, but for the price this should be included. - The shower head is very low and at 5ft 11 we could not fit under it. - This is a studio with bunks in the corridor - really tiny for 4 people. There were only two of us staying and and it was very small. When the sofa bed is out you cannot walk around it. - When we stayed the furniture was low quality and shower curtain mouldy and ripped - it would be so cheap to replace it with something nice. Bathroom cabinet was held together with medical sticking plaster - hopefully this will be fixed. - Although the photos show that the ski lift is across the road, it is still advertised as ski in - ski out, which it isn't really as they road you have to cross was very busy when we stayed. - If you don't have a car with you, please be careful as there is only a bakery within walking distance - NO restaurants/supermarket unless you walk 20/30 mins. - The photos on the advert are not all of Les Houches - which is 30 mins by bus from Chamonix centre. - There is a ski/boot room but it is far away in the basement garage, so we didn't use it.
