The building is located in El Laguito, one of the safest neighborhoods in Cartagena, and just one block from the Hilton Hotel.
• Perfect for up to seven (7) guests.
• 1 Queen size bed, 1 double size bed, 2 single beds, and 1 trundle bed.
• Baby crib available upon request.
• Towels, bed linens, and pillows included.
• Refrigerator, microwave, blender, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils.
• Pool, jacuzzi, gym, and sauna (9:00 - 18:00).
• Free parking for one (1) vehicle.
• Laundry area in the building (2nd floor).
• 24/7 building security and staff.
• You will find some water in the fridge, coffee, soap and toilet paper for one or two days. Once you have settled in the apartment, you can do your shopping.
• If you need additional cleaning services, please let us know. It has a cost of $20 USD.
• The building offers a luggage storage service, which costs 5,000 COP (1.5 USD) for groups of up to five (5) suitcases.
• When arrival, all guests must show their ID at the front desk of the building and pay 10.000 COP (around $2.5 USD) per person as this building is located in a touristic area. This has to be paid just once. Change or adding guests during the stay is not allowed.
• In the event that guests arrive at different times, it is necessary to notify this at least one (1) day prior to the initial reservation date and provide the names, ID, and estimated arrival date for each person. Otherwise, entry may not be authorized.

This was a great place to stay for my husband and I and two young kids. The apartment had everything we needed. It was walking distance to a busier area and a short cab ride to the walled city area.
