About this chalet rental
The house Cristal4 is a cosy and comfortable house in Pino Alto - the best location in Miami Playa, just a few metres from the beach Playa Cristal and its Maritime Promenade. It has a lovely and peaceful communal area with a swimming pool. The neighbourhood is family-friendly and quiet. The house is fully equipped. It has a very spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and three bedrooms with two single beds each) and 3 bathrooms - 2 with shower and one with a bathtub to comfortably accommodate 8 people. The house has air conditioning.
Crystal Beach, which is next to the house, is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Crystal Beach has a beautiful seafront promenade with restaurants, bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars.
COMMON AREAS.- The use of common areas (swimming pool, garden, accesses, passageways, parking areas, ...) shall be subject to the Community regulations and limitations established by the authorities. Arenda is not responsible for such limitations.
In the interest of proper coexistence, the hours designated for rest shall be respected. Between 15:00-18:00 and 22:00-10:00, noise and shouting will be avoided, the volume of television sets or music players or similar devices will be limited, and, in general, any activity that disturbs or disrupts other neighbours will be prohibited. The noise limitation makes express reference to the Acoustic Limitation Law of Miami Platja. For not respecting this law, the agency has the right to not return the deposit.

It is mandatory to pay the tourist tax and final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism area, bookings for groups of young people are not accepted.
It is mandatory to complete a check-in online before arrival (Royal Decree 933/2021).

la casa muy bien ubicada , la cocina muy bien equipada , servicio muy atentos , hemos estado muy ajusto ,la casa muy amplía, nos gustaría volver las próximas vacaciones
los grifos de la bañera , la mampara de la ducha,
el mobiliario del porche muy estropeado ,

El porche es una maravilla y la piscina de la urbanización está muy bien. La casa tenía de todo para cocinar.
Mosquiteras en todas las ventanas y el a/a funcionaba fenomenal
Teniendo en cuenta que se pagan 95euros de limpieza esta podría ser mas profunda.
El baño de la habitación de abajo sólo puede usarse para aguas menores.
Una pena que no se puedan hacer barbacoas
