    I have stayed here a few times because I like the location. The staff are very helpful, it's clean, close to transport, all the basics are provided. Top job! Will be back.

    Fundamentally can recommend as a budget old style pub accommodation - a dying breed and thats a real shame. Can easily make some improvements. Delightful looking balcony. What á shame its locked and dirty with some grim views of some disorderly ac equipment. Has a kitchen, you bewdy, but whats the point of a kitchen when you have nowhere to eat the food. Hmmm..sounds like that locked, dirty balcony could be an option. Bathrooms - windows jarred open. Cannot close. Cold. Can see in from the street - well, if you were looking. I guess this is to provide circulation. How about installing some fans guys? Room - same issue, windows 'welded' shut meaning - no air circulation in the room. My room did have a musky smell. Not unbearable but not good either. Noise. Yes its a pub but very noisy pretty late at night, comes right up to the room. Why so many somewhat negative comments? Because I care...Love and care about the Erko and the philosophy. Just think these few (straightforward?) ideas would really help. Not much you have to do to push this from acceptable value to exceptional value....
