Duży, przestronny pokój, parking przed wejściem, czysto, w pełni wyposażony aneks kuchenny, bezproblemowy meldunek.
Pomimo otwartego okna w pokoju unosił się przykry i drażniący zapach, najprawdopodobniej wydostający się z kanalizacji.
