1596 MC - Enchanted 6BR Villa: Pool Magic for 14

Championsgate is our favorite location to return to, vacation after vacation! The location is perfect for our likes and needs!

I am NOT a complainer, and have never left a “negative” review. But I did feel the need to address a few things that may be helpful for a future renter. • There is a pool, that upon asking to be heated was unusable at 110 degrees for 4 days. (With no refund even upon requesting). You couldn’t even put your feet in it. • This is a 6 bedroom family home, with NOTHING for littles; no pool floats, beach gear, games or anything… which this is the first rental we’ve ever stayed at with nothing. We left behind some stuff in hopes that maybe the future renters could use it and not have to spend money on them things. • The availability to deliver a grill (you have to rent separately) was >2 days. And couldn’t do it for the # of days we were there, but had to add a whole extra week. • The electrical kept cutting out everyday. We had to keep switching the breaker on; losing power in 2+ bedrooms and halls multiple times a day. (They offered to have someone come out to look at it, but at this time we had already had the pool maintenance man come out multiple times and just wanted to enjoy vacation). I want to add I have no hard feelings but think it’s only fair that others, especially with children, know what they’re getting into.
