Asukoht, bassein ja õueala olid suurepärased. Maja ise ruumikas ja korralik.

Voodid on vanad ja ära vajunud, magad nagu augus. Sipelgad on igal pool, ka magamistoas. Eriti palju on neid köögis ja maja taga. Köök on pigem kasin, pannid on vanad ja kulunud, köögitarvikuid pigem vähe ja kulunud.

The villa was exceptionally clean throughout. The beds were comfortable, with fresh bedding and medium-firm pillows. Two of the mattresses were on the softer side, while one was medium-firm (we have a firm mattress at home, and found the mrdium-firm very comfortable). Large shower towels were provided and were also clean. Both showers were excellent, quick to warm up and with strong water pressure. There is one shower downstairs shared between two bedrooms, and one en-suite upstairs. It appears the showers are heated electrically rather than by gas. The property is very well equipped. Each of the three bedrooms has an air conditioning unit, and the fridge/freezer is a good size. The pool was spotless and maintained daily by an automatic cleaning robot. There were plenty of sun loungers and large, sturdy sun umbrellas; each villa has its own umbrella. The kitchen had everything we needed, including pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and mugs. We purchased a chopping board during our stay and left it behind for future guests. The hob is gas-powered, with the gas bottle located in the cupboard under the sink. A kettle was also provided. The location was fantastic; just a short two-minute walk to a gorgeous beach with soft sand, warm water, and a long shoreline perfect for walks and swimming. Each villa has one designated parking space. We had two cars (six adults) and were able to park the second car on the private road outside. It felt very safe, and we never had any concerns about leaving the car there.

City tax: €72 for 6 adults over 11 nights (late September/early October stay). Refundable damage deposit: €250. Electricity allowance: 150 kWh per week. Usage beyond this is charged at €80 per additional kWh. For our 11-night stay, we used 125 kWh, which was well within the allowance, but it should be noted that we did not use the air conditioning as it was the end of September and the beginning of October

Sehr gut. Ruhig. Nah am Strand und viele UNESCO Städte - Ragusa, Modica, Siracusa Geeignet für Hunde. Sehr sauber.

Die Matratzen waren mir zu hart, was aber kein Kritikpunkt ist, ich bin einfach etwas anderes gewohnt.

Basen, bliskość morza, cisza, bliskość restauracji i miasta Pozzallo.
