The apartment is in a gated community and a key is required for access, The location is about a 25 minute walk to Music Square and less than 10 minutes to el campanario shopping centre. The sun was on the 2 balconies for most of the day. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equiped, towels were provided. The communication with the agent/owner was excellent. There are two swimming pools, a key (provided) is needed to access the gated and fenced pool area.

Unfortunately only one sunbed and one sun chair was provided, one of the electric wall sockets was a little loose

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in Las Dunas. Die urbanizacion ist sauber und ordentlich. Pools werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Wenn Spanier nicht gerade ne Party feiern, super leise :)

Das Reinigungspersonal ist... Verbesserungswürdig. Nach Reklamation bei Yuly, die uns Göttlich betreut hat! War es o.K. Der Herd müsste mal grundgereinigt werden, ansonsten ist es o.K . Super wäre ein Staubsauger, denn die ganzen Fliesen mit nem Besen zu Reinigen ist aufwändig. Und Schmutz und Sand bei offenen Fenster ist auf FUE normal.

L’appartamento comodo e ampio internamente,terrazzo e giardino pavimentato al piano terra,posto auto davanti l’appartamento e ottima posizione per tutti gli spostamenti.

La struttura della casa ampia e comoda ma una maggior cura negli arredi la valorizzerebbe molto.

La ubicación y las zonas comunes con la piscina. La tranquilidad y el poco ruido

En general no está bien cuidado y tiene pocos detalles. Faltaba limpieza en cocina y paredes, sofá y cortinas con manchas. El mobiliario deja mucho que desear. Una silla rota del comedor y la mesa muy estropeada. El menaje está antiguo y algunas sartenes están para reemplazarlas y faltan por ejemplo cucharillas para todos. Debería tener un armario en el dormitorio principal. No tenía fregona, solo el palo. El horno y la vitrocerámica muy grasiento. Los cristales muy sucios. Es una pena porque el apartamento con unos pocos detalles más y una limpieza a fondo y sustituyendo algún elemento ganaría muchísimo. Por otro lado la atención de la persona que nos recibió fue estupenda.
