Staff was very polite and helpful
According to hotel there was a pricing anamoly in the voucher generated by booking.com. Issue was closed after a small debate, not with standing, it should have been sorted at administrative level without troubling the guests.
Basic amenities like towels and door mats should be available in room when being prepared.
