This perfectly located beachfront property boasts over two miles of uninterrupted, sandy shoreline. Sugar Beach Resort #209 is nestled in a quiet community with many opportunities to make memorable moments. This central location and close proximity to main roads invite you to explore all the attractions that Maui offers!
Take in astonishing views of the Pacific Ocean from the living room as well as from your private lanai. Keep an eye out for playful dolphins and sea turtles year-round and watch for humpback whales when in season.
This unit has recently had a beautiful full remodel and has been newly repainted! A new updated modern queen sleeper sofa with a secondary memory foam pad added for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen has been remodeled as well with new custom quartz breakfast bar countertops with stools making it feel bright and spacious. This will be very convenient for prepping meals and having snacks. The cozy bedroom offers a king bed and Smart TV. En suite bathroom with a new custom quartz vanity and separate luxurious remodeled stand-up shower and toilet area. New full-size washer and dryer which is quiet in the unit for your convenience. Central AC, cable TV, phone, high-speed Internet, and WIFI - all offered complimentary.
Sugar Beach 209 has one of the best locations in the complex as it is a great unit for families! Parents can relax on the lanai with a new table and chairs and easily oversee the whole pool area. Also, if you park on the second-story garage, you can walk right to unit 209 without stairs or an elevator, which is very handy when bringing in luggage and supplies!
Sugar Beach Resort is a great location to enjoy a peaceful evening watching the picturesque sunsets while taking in nature's splendid panorama. Find shopping and golf nearby, then come home and relax at the beachfront swimming pool, wading pool, sundeck, putting green, and sauna. Luxuriate in the soothing hot tub while stargazing after dinner. Also, you can enjoy dinner at Sugar Beach Resort at the barbecue area that has dining tables with a full ocean view, an activities center, and Dina's Deli and Bar.
Centrally located, Sugar Beach Resort rests on Maalaea Bay, on the state's longest stretch of uninterrupted shore. Sugar Beach, named for its fine white sand, is a six-mile-long beach excellent for swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking, canoe paddling, or for just relaxing. The condo itself was perfect and very nice! Property is a bit older but maintained very well and has what you need. Had issues with door code that made it very frustrating and the pool code. Also, office hours are not great for those arriving late or leaving early, but you are able to get ahold of people when needed. You will also need a rental car to make it easier to get around to places to eat or activities. No parking fee also. Our stay in Maui was very nice.

We enjoyed our visit! The only issue we had was difficulty opening the slider to the lanai. Track needs thorough cleaning and WD40!

The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The apartment was as described, has everything you need. But it‘s too small and too far away from everything for that price. We didn‘t have seaview as promised(payed extra for it). And also after contacting CB Island Vacations we haven‘t heard anything. They simply ignored our request.
