Wake up to a spectacular view of Isla Verde Beach at this oceanside studio apartment. This condo is just 5 mins from the airport & walking distance to a number of restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and supermarkets.
This condo has direct access to Isla Verde Beach, widely considered one of the best in Puerto Rico. Enjoy a tranquil, white-sand turquoise beach for sun bathing, swimming, wind surfing, and other activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, hydro-flying, hiking, and more.
**PLEASE NOTE: The pool is currently closed for renovation.**
🌴 About the space 🌴
This ocean-view studio condo makes an excellent stay for couples or for business. This studio can accommodate up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a pullout sofa bed.
This is a privately-owned apartment in a condo-hotel building. Guests will have access to the entire condo and all amenities provided by the condo/hotel, to include the lobby bar, gym, and building private beach access. (The pool and hot tub are currently closed for renovations.)
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and basic cable TV. For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a starter set of toiletries (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.), and additional toiletries can be purchased at the nearby stores. Please note linens, bath towels and some beach towels are provided, but there is no room service, housekeeping or towel/linen exchange during your stay. If you would like housekeeping services during your stay they can be purchased separately per cleaning.

The condo is equipped with an electronic door lock. One day prior two arrival guests will receive a link via VRBO to check-in online and retrieve their access code to the apartment. A government-issued ID must be provided at check-in. One underground parking spot is included.

Please no pets, no smoking, and no parties. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am and they are enforced by building security. In addition to the required online check-in, guests must also register upon arrival at the front desk.

Great place to stay and have a great vacation. Easy to get to, very clean, and close to everything. The staff in the building were very accommodating and helpful. I would love to stay here again.

Property was in a great location - right on the beach. The view from the balcony is fabulous. The condo building itself is in really rough shape. A lot of the amenities are not functioning. The pool is closed (we knew this in advance). The bar is closed, gym is somewhat functioning, one of the elevators was broken, the gate to the beach was also not working. In the room itself, the freezer did not work, the couch was broken and whatever streaming device was on the TV was not working. The furniture is all heavily used and looks bad. On the 2nd to last day there was an island-wide blackout. While not the host's fault, there were no flashlights or any auxiliary lighting provided which would have been an easy gesture knowing blackouts are a frequent issue. The staff at the property were all kind and doing the best they could. The owner really needs to work on the room itself.
