About this house rental
Contemporary house with amazing location. The home is private, upscale and not attached to the primary house. It was built with VRBO in mind. All rooms have great downtown views. Minutes to downtown hotspots including the Ryman, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, live music & the bars on Broadway. The house is warm, inviting, spacious, and feels like a home away from home. My goal is to provide a clean, quiet, comfortable place to rest, relax & recharge during your visit. Property is close to an active train track.

We had a fantastic time in Nashville! The place was perfect for two couples. Location was central for all the places we wanted to visit. Yes, there is a train that passes but it didn’t bother me at all or keep me from having a restful nights sleep. My husband and I enjoyed waking up in the morning and walking to coffee together. There is also a couple places nearby to grab some drinks as well. We would stay again for sure

I researched a ton of places and settled on this one. I knew about the train ahead of time and for our first night it seemed like a lot of trains went by and the second night only 2-3. If I was staying in Nashville for a more extended time I probably would not stay here because of the trains. But for our 2 night stay it was fine. Cute little place and the beds and linens were so comfortable. I really appreciated that.The house backs up to a sort of wooded area and then the train tracks. I would say I didn’t feel as safe as I would have preferred because of the way the house was situated. And one night we heard a string of gunfire. But I suppose that comes with any big city. But the neighborhood is nice, lots of nice homes. And there are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We were all over the place doing things so we didn’t stick to just this area. But the house is about 2 miles from downtown if you’re wanting to go there.Overall it lived up to all the expectations I had based on my knowledge of the property and the research I did. Nice view of downtown too.

Wonderful location near so many great local spots and easily accessible to downtown! The house itself is setup perfectly for two couples or a family. It had everything we needed. We were lucky enough to spend the 4th of July here and had a great view of the downtown fireworks from the back porch. Even with all the holiday commotion and being near train tracks, the house was very quiet and comfortable.
