About this apartment rental
Modern and bright 3-room-apartment in the Gorch-Fock-Park apartment complex.
The beach and the city centre with its many cafés, restaurants and shops are only a few minutes by foot from the beautiful and green park area in which the apartment is situated.
The apartment is modern but friendly and comfortably furnished. Besides the main double bedroom on the first floor it has another large bedroom on the second floor with 3 single beds and a large area for children to play.
The living room with a dining area and open kitchen is a perfect meeting point for the whole family. The furnished south/west-balcony invites you to enjoy the sun until late in the evening.
Our guests are very welcome in the large garden/park area. It includes a beautiful playground and enough space for our little guests to have fun.
Of course the apartment is also has a private car parking space for you to use.
Our guests are also free to use the common bycicle storage area in the basement of the apartment complex. The basement also contains a coin-operated washing mashine and dryer.
A children's bed and a highchair can be provided for free if needed.
Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Timmendorfer Strand and is surrounded by a beautiful park with many old trees. It is only a few minutes walking distance from the beach. The city centre of Timmendorfer Strand as well as a number of supermarkets are also within 10 minutes reach by foot. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can take a walk in the beautiful Niendorf harbour or relax in the nearby nature reserve Aaalbek Niederung.

Super Lage der Wohnung, denn man ist in 5 Gehminuten am Strand. Die Wohnung an sich war absolut in Ordnung, nur das Schlafzimmer ist ziemlich klein (Schrägen direkt über dem Kopf beim schlafen, kurzes Bett), der Geschirrspüler ist sehr klein (das hätte man mit dazu schreiben können) und leider gibt es keine Mülltrennung. Es ist aber alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Für eine Familie mit 3 Kindern eine tolle Unterkunft. Die Kinder mochten ihren Bereich oben sehr. Man ist sofort am Strand und ins Zentrum ist es auch nicht weit.
Die Küchenzeile ist sehr hoch, für kleine Leute vielleicht etwas schwierig. Die Ausstattung ist gut, nicht nur das Minimum an Geschirr etc. vorhanden.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in Strandnähe mit Parkplatz. Das Kinderzimmer ist schön groß. Kinder brauchen Platz (Top.) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.
