Rasche Antworten auf Anfragen, hilfsbereit, problemloser Zugang zu den gebuchten Appartements bzw. Wohnungen durch individuelle Zugangscodes und elektronische Türschlösser. Reichhaltiges Frühstück und Eingehen auf individuelle Wünsche. Gesicherte Fahrradgarage zum Unterstellen der Fahrräder.
In der Fahrradgarage wären zusätzliche Anschlussmöglichkeiten zum Aufladen der Pedilac-Batterien hilfreich, ggf. auch abschließbare Fächer zum Verstauen und Aufladen der Pedilac- Batterien.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Appartment war sauber.
Im Bad, eher eine Nasszelle, war keine Steckdose und folglich auch kein Fön. An den 3 Betten gab es ein Nachtschränkchen, aber keine Leselampen (nur Deckenbeleuchtung). Um sie auszuschalten musste man aufstehen und im Dunkeln zurück ins Bett. Die Matratzen (Federkern) waren grauslig; man spürte die Federn. Das ganze Ambiente ist noch stark entwicklungsbedürftig.
