Have stayed at the Park Pointe condos for the last 5-10 years. Alway a great experience.

We arrived from a 2 hour plane ride and 3.5 hour drive to walk in and see how nice and fancy (looking) the place was. When we opened the doors to the bedrooms all the linens were in a first pile on the floor. None of the beds were made, none of the laundry has been done in fact there was a load of stinky dirty towels in the wash that never got cleaned. We spent our first night doing the laundry and making our own beds. The sinks in both bathrooms were clogged. There was no hand soap and everything just felt forgotten. Kelly the person we were told to get in touch with did respond and tried to make it right by sending the cleaners the next day and the handy man to fix the sink. The problem with that was that we had already done all the cleaning ourselves and we didn’t want strangers in the rental with all of our stuff in there and trying to be settled.
So in conclusion it was a lovely location, the style and design of the house looked clean and nice but if you’re wanting to come to a place that’s turn key and ready to go then I don’t know if you should risk it.
