Everything was great!

The accomodation could be a pleasant place, but it is very badly equiped and not clean. It was full or clather. One felt like the appartment had been inherited and rented like it had been left by the last owners. There were dirty blankets in the wardrobes, none that gave me the inclination to use. Amongs other items, there were many unuseful things like cables, plugs, tiny glasses, many of them, but there were not enough essentials, like bowls (only 1 provided), forks or knifes. There was not a single rubish bag left, but on arrival rubbish was found ion the bin. There was not a sponge or soap to wash dishes. The toilet brush was completely brown, chocolate brown. It was so disgasting. The host company staff is rude. We checked prior to the reservation, for heating to be included in the booking. On the paperwork we received from both Booking and the rental company which looks after the property heating was included on the list of "included items". Yet we had a call the afternoon before our arrival, unfortunately we missed the call but they did leave us a message to let us know we should previne to take warm clothes as heating was not on and the house was cold. When I called back in the evening, the officve was closed. The following morning after speaking to four different people I was told they would gice us a refund as they could not fulfill the promised heating as adviced on Booking and the paperwork the host had sent us. We reserved an extra night in the hotel we stayed on the night before as we had been left stranded. Two hours later, another phone call to let me know they changed their mind and heating might be on. We lost the money of an extra night in a hotel. Interhome, he company who looks after troperty, personnel was very rude on the phone and dealt very badly with the situation.

we came in the late evening (host was informed in advance). However, at the arrival, nobody was picking up the phone. So we were like standing next to the flat for an hour and waiting until somebody would pick up the phone. Since there is a company which is administrating this flat (not the owner itself), you can imagine, how much they care. When we finally got the keys (picked up from the key box), we realized that there is no bedsheets and they should be rented. But since the office is not working (it was Saturday evening), we could rent it only on Monday. So sleeping with no bed sheets for 2 days. When we came to rent bed sheets, they calculated 60 eur for 2 sets, as it seems they do it not for the set, but for the number of people. The argument, that we are with 2 kids, did not work for them. At the end of the day we got 2 double bed sets and it came out that one bed is having 2 single matrasses. So bed set did not fit!!! Disaster. In general, flat is very cold. There is wind and cold going in from the windows and not much you can do about it. Heating is automatic, whic means that even you feel very cold inside the flat, you can' do much about it. Regarding amendments - there was EMPTY flat in t sense that no salt, no washing liquid or even a cleaning cloth in kitchen was there. So everything you should buy additionally. It' strange as I believe that people are leaving such as dishwashing tablets, but it looks the host is throwing all this away or just keeping it for themselves. Parking - there is a garage, but it' 'so small, that our car just did not fit there. Outside all the parking places are reserved. So good luck to park a car. We were parking in the empty sports (no signs that we could not do this), but every da we got letters from angry neighbors saying something that we can' park there. Electricity - be prepared to go to the basements to switch in back the relay each time you want to heat the water (as each time you lose it).
