Beautifully designed large house
The house is very spacious, clean, well equipped, beautifully designed. It is a big plus that each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom (travelled with adult children who need their privacy). Under one of the houses you can use a washing machine and a drier, that was useful to us. Netfix available on the TV - great for Netflix addicts with an account. Very good wifi connection!
This amazingly designed house is ON Gerlos Street which is connecting many towns in the area (leading also to Insbruck). The large balcony on the 1st floor which is facing the green mountains is unfortunately exposed to noise from vehicles passing by (only when the doors to the balcony are opened) The holiday village (5 houses) is geographically not part of a town where you can walk in the streets and find restaurants/cafe/shops, it is kind of isolated. There are no airconditions or fans. Fortunately the weather was in our favour so we did not suffer from the heat too much, a bit in the bedrooms which are on the ground floor. If the windows are closed to avoid flies it gets too warm. There are no summer ( thin) blankets.

Sehr geschmackvolle Unterkunft.
Es haben die Pflegeartikel für das Kochfeld gefehlt. Die Pfannen waren auch nicht sauber. Gerne hätten wir 2 mobile Gartenliegen gehabt. Darüber hinaus sollten Insektenschutzrollos eingebaut werden, weil sehr viele Fliegen im Umfeld des Hauses leben (Bauernhof nebenan).

Super schönes und modernes Häuser-Dorf!
Super tolle Unterkunft in top Lage (ca. 10min nach Krimml, 10min nach Neukirchen). Parkplätze sind in überdachten Carports großzügig vorhanden. Das Haus ist mit allem Ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher liegen bereit, Betten sind selbst zu beziehen. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Gästekarte haben wir gleich nach Eingabe der Daten (für die Kurtaxe) per Email zugesendet bekommen. Das Haus ist sehr modern und großzügig eingerichtet und wir kommen gerne wieder!
Das einzige, was man verbessern könnte, wären Fliegengitter (zumindest an der Balkontüre).

Sehr modernes Haus, romantisches Ambiente!
Leider war nichts vorhanden! Nicht einmal Klopapier. Mussten alles zusätzlich kaufen, Gottseidank hatten hier über Ostern ein paar Geschäfte offen, sonst wäre es blöd gelaufen für uns! Klopapier, Zewa, Spülmittel, Müllbeutel, Geschirrspülertabs - NICHTS da!
