I was charged twice and 30 days later still have not been reimbursed.

I was charged twice for my one night stay. Once by booking.com (authorized upon booking online) and then again by you guys (unauthorized) on the card I was told was required to provide upon check in for "incidentals". There were no incidentals and the charge was for the full amount of the one night stay, which I'd already paid for through booking.com. I have requested reimbursement numerous times. Now, almost a full month later, I still have not been reimbursed.

When you find a place that feels like home it the best feeling EVER!!

This location has been my go to for a few years now, I wouldn't change it for no reason. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. What I mean by staff is everyone that it takes to make the stay pleasant. Breakfast is amazing! I just enjoy when I sleep so well that it feels like home :)

This is a great hotel.

Kitchens have refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Drawers had utensils, bowls, and more. The room smelled really good and welcoming as you entered. The towels were very plush and absorbent. Logging on to the WiFi was very easy and fast. The hot tub was indoors, hot and clean. The staff were all exceptionally polite. The location is on the freeway so easy to access and depart. All the good restaurants surround the hotel within 1/4 mile. The best steak house is Hauf brow nearby. It is dog friendly.

I wish the pool and hot tub were open until 11pm instead of 10pm.

Big room. Comfortable beds. Kitchen in room (but didn’t use as a quick one night stay)

Noise. Had to change rooms- (they first said they were all booked and couldn’t but then they “found” a room when we pushed a little more ) first room had very leaky window - road truck noise and very cold air coming in steadily made it unsuitable. Second room better but Lots of background noise and hums in room. Wasn’t the in room appliance so never could figure out. Also tile hallway created lots of corridor noise.

This Hotel is Beautiful inside! A bit hard to find where the entrance was. Kinda in a crowded area, although we do like being right in the middle of town and all the shops. BUT we were so happily Impressed. Such a lovely lobby, new and modern, smelled so fresh and was very clean. They had plenty of luggage carts available which is important to us. We genuinely felt so comfortable. The maids are friendly, happy and cheerful in the hallways which was refreshing. Breakfast was your average, no complaints. We will definetly stay here again when in Amarillo :)

If there would have been Hash browns or Potatoes in some form on the breakfast bar our stay would have been Complete Bliss...lol

Excellent value, clean and spacious rooms, very confortable.

1. The size of the room 2. Mattresses slept very well 3. Kitchenette was well-appointed, except there was no dishwasher tab left in order to use the dishwasher (this was on the first night of our stay). The second night (on a different day), everything was in place.

1. Faucet in bathroom splatters water everywhere (Uses a "modern" styling faucet which is not aerated, aeration helps prevent this). To minimize this, don't turn on the water very high. 2. Bathroom sink drains slowly. We stayed two nights, separated by 4 days, and in two different rooms, and this was the case in both rooms (4th floor). 3. Breakfast selection is limited (omelet and sausage--nothing else food wise).
