About this house rental
Come up North to our stunning custom built home in Voyageurs Retreat! Treat yourself to a relaxing get away on Sabin & Wynne Lake. We are a beautiful scenic drive just across the lake from Giants Ridge Golf and Ski hill as well as the renowned Quarry and Legend Golf Courses.

At 3,300+ sq ft our spacious cabin is great for families, groups, or a girls weekend yet cozy enough for a romantic couple’s getaway. The main level has in floor heating and a gourmet kitchen with everything you need to prepare a hearty winter meal after a day of skiing or snowmobiling. The adjacent rustic live edge dining room table seats 8 people. Enjoy your morning coffee looking out over the lake across from the Legends Golf Course. The great room has a view of the lake, a remote control gas fireplace and high vaulted windows/ceiling that makes this a cozy room to relax with a book or a movie. The main level Master bedroom has a king size bed with a luxurious walk-in Kohler shower. You can't help but relax with the side jet sprays and the ceiling mounted rain shower nozzle. In addition there is, a traditional shower head, a jacuzzi tub and its own private walkout deck which faces the lake.
We have EXTREMELY fast high-speed internet through Mediacomm, with speeds of 100+mbps. Zoom calls, movie streaming, internet browsing, and crystal clear WiFi calling are all a breeze here at Northern Exposure.
The upstairs level has a natural wood work loft and catwalk between rooms. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs as well as a separate bathroom. Two bedrooms are lakeside with their own private walk out cantilever decks. There is a queen size bed in guest bedroom #1, 1 bunk bed (twin over full) and a futon in Guest Bedroom #2, 1 bunk bed (twin over full) in Guest Bedroom #3. There are 2 queen size blow up beds available for the empty spare room off of Guest Bedroom #3
The lower level is a great entertainment/play area for children with play mats, toys, kid activities and stash of extra books for reading. Also in this area is a laundry room with washer, dryer, sink and iron. The basement is also outfitted with a luxurious sauna that includes a shower. Right outside the basement door, you walk out on a natural stone walkway to the fire pit and down to 140 ft of shoreline and our 50’ floating Wave Armor dock. We also have a private sandy beach area for kids to play and adults to lounge!
The lake shore slopes gradually up to the cabin with easy access for snowmobiles. There are hundreds of miles of trails just across the lake. Northern Minnesota averages over 100 inches of snow every year. The trails run through the pristine Superior National Forrest and have multiple locations for fuel, food and fun along the way. The trails offer a dynamic path along the streams and large forested areas. Cross-country ski, snow-shoe, go ice fishing or snowmobile across the lake in the winter.

Great place for a guys golf trip. Very comfortable for a group of eight. Definitely would recommend. Plan on staying here again next time I stay in the area.

Property is very spacious, and has a great view of the lake. Very comfortable setting and it was exceptionally clean. We have eight guys and the space accommodated them very easily.
