Enjoy resort style living in Waterside South at Coquina Key. This first-floor, waterfront, remodeled condo has outstanding views and sunsets every night over the Bayou.
The open floor plan has hardwood bamboo floors throughout, a large living room, newer kitchen cabinets with granite countertops with granite backsplash, stainless appliances, glass cooktop and a convection microwave. There is a full size washer and dryer tucked away under the cabinets. The remodeled bathroom has granite counters, copper sink, and a frameless glass shower with rain head. Two newly-furnished bedrooms each have a queen bed. This unit also features a very large outdoor patio with patio furniture. Fully furnished, including flat screen tv and cable/wifi.
Waterside is a beautiful gated community that offers a full fitness center, tennis courts, basketball courts, 2 swimming pools with one heated year round and hot tubs, shuffle board, fishing pier, and Club House. Conveniently located just a short drive from downtown St. Pete, the gulf beaches, and directly on Tampa Bay.
Fees include the board application fee and background check, which the association requires. Additional discount for multi-month stays.

Well stocked, comfortable beds and huge patio on the canal with a view of the small bay. Great place to meet new people and for our puppy to meet new friends. Enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location offers beautiful views in a relaxing setting. We did miss not having an oven or bbq (we couldn’t master the small charcoal one!). The owner welcomed us with a beautiful and generous welcome basket and great information on the area.
We would definitely stay here again!

The place was so clean. I always start by wiping surfaces etc looking for dirt. Here all was great. The location is fantastic. Andrew is a superb host. The place offers tranquility and amenities that are fantastic. The pool etc offers fancy resort feeling. The beds were comfy. I would only recommend this place.

My Dad stayed for a couple of months and was able to have many visitors during his 3 months. Great spot, wonderful host.
