App. Beate 51 Location: The apartment is on the 3rd Floor of the Atlantic house. The house faces the Sylter Welle and is therefore very close to the beach. The spa promenade and numerous shops can be reached in just a few steps. Size: 2-room apartment approx. 35 m², for up to 2 people. Equipment: In the modern living room there is the sofa set and the dining area in front of the window. In front of the living room is the north-facing balcony. In the bedroom are the two single beds, with the dimensions 90x200cm, one behind the other. The small kitchen has a window. The bathroom is a shower room. A parking space, if available, can be rented separately from us in the spa center or in the underground garage. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
