About this apartment rental
Cozy apartment with 2 bedrooms, capacity for 5 people maximum, in Residential Las Palmeras, rented for weeks, tickets on Saturdays. Enjoy your holidays, with great views of the Vega and the sea, the rest and the coolness of the trees from the terrace, have 2 pools and tennis court. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes (double bed and the other 2 beds), 2 full bathrooms with courtesy and a spacious living room with a sofa bed, TV, DVD, wifii, more than 500 international channels in HD Digital Satellite TV . Exit to the terrace, also equipped. Kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, all kitchen utensils, blender, coffee maker, iron and board. The apartment is equipped with sheets and towels, in abundance and is delivered totally clean, until the last detail.
Away from noise and 10 minutes walk from the market, nightlife, and shops. The beach 800 meters, 10 minutes in the other direction. It is rented for weeks, tickets on Saturdays. GARAGE PARCEL can be hired separately, depending on the time.
GOLF: Very close to the apartment, just 19 kms. Golf have recently remodeled, with 18 holes to the seashore.
SKY: During the time of sky, enjoy the snow, (hour and a half by car), Sierra Nevada, with its wonderful slopes and the possibility of alternating, with the sun and the beach, in our apartment, enjoy the SKY, with The advantage of the LOW season prices, in our apartment.
Water Sports: Rentals of jet skis, boats, snorkeling, diving, windsurfing, fishing and a nearby marina, invites you to get close to the sea and enjoy the different water sports.

Our stay was fabulous! The owners of the piso we stayed in are extremely friendly, informative, kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and could not have asked for a better experience! The location is in walking distance to the town and beaches, however, it is not in the center of the town so there is less noise and less action which was perfect for our stay. I highly recommend!

Vi vill varmt rekommendera denna trevliga lägenhet. Mycket ren och ljus. Två sovrum, två badrum, kök och tvättstuga. Därtill en balkong i söderläge med milsvid utsikt över chirimoyaodling och havet. Tio minuters promenad till stadens centrum och c:a 20 minuter till den milslånga strandpromenaden. Värdparet som är mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma bor vägg i vägg. Bättre februarimånad än så här kan man inte få.

Därtill en balkong i söderläge med milsvid utsikt över chirrimoyaodling och havet. 10 min promenad till stadens centrum och 15-20 till den milslånga strandpromenad. Värdparet är mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma. De bor vägg i vägg med lägenheten. Bättre februarimånad än så har kan man inte få.
