toilet flushing out of order for master bedroom, heater not working for another bathroom and for master bedroom not to warm.

1.However the facilities need to upgrade, the fridge, heater's switch & some hall lights was not working properly, and our ice creams n some foods gone. We gotto keep our food n drinks in our own ice box. I've texted the person incharge but they did not send anyone to service. 2. For 3d2n stay only provide 1 toilet roll, not sufficient for 7 of us. 3. No place to hang clothes & towel, the rooms only come with bed+ comforter & empty wardrobe but nothing else provided.
1. Good location & the 3rooms apartment was spacious to accommodate 7 of us.
