Obiekt, bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany. Czysty, wszystko zgodnie z opisem i zdjęciami

Nie można bezpośrednio dojechać autem pod bramę, co lekko utrudnia w chwili zakwaterowania i opuszczania obiektu, bo bagaże. I rzecz która wręcz mnie na początku wystraszyła to stan techniczny schodów. To są stare, drewniane schody, w słabej kondycji. Dodatkowo na klatce schodowej czuć nieprzyjemny zapach wilgoci.

Loved the location—charming area of Przemysl and very near the train station and good restaurants. The Internet was fast. The water was hot. It was clean. Modern and other than some street noise, very quiet.

The main complaint is the 10:00 AM check-out time. That is crazy. 11 AM at the earliest. It creates a significant inconvenience if you don't leave until later in the day, or if you would like to visit the gym or grab some breakfast before having to lug your bags around town. Secondly, the stairs... but that is to be expected in an old city like Przemysl. Just be prepared, and if you are elderly or have mobility issues, you may wish to consider an alternative location. Finally, their check-in list sets a negative tone - don't do this, don't do that, bla, bla. They must have had some bad experiences with previous guests, but they could use someone from a Public Relations background to do a review of their materials as it sets a negative tone, unnecessarily (as their "demands" are not beyond the pale, at all very standard stuff). FINAL THOUGHT: Installing blackout curtains or more comprehensive window coverage would be ideal, as the sun beams in at 4 AM during the summer months. LANDLORDS - pretend YOU had to sleep there. Show some thoughtfulness.

The location is good, really close to the train station. It’s clean, has all essential amenities, perfect for a one-night stay.

Poor customer service and support. The lock at the main entrance door didn’t work, despite trying to open it multiple times and according to instructions. I had to contact the support to help me get in, which took 20 min waiting outside in cold (it was 10pm and no people on the street). When someone eventually came to open the door, I was blamed for not trying hard enough and not being able to open the door myself (all this while barely speaking any English). Unacceptable, considering the circumstances. Also, very strange pictures on the wall, with erotic vibes. Not appropriate, in my opinion.
