Magnificent ambience.. Well equiped ...Excellent comfort ....perfect for the eight couples we had

plenty of room and very clean. lovely and warm and fire was amazing

some of sofas a bit uncomfortable from wear. no late check out and with 14 guests hard to clean up all glass wear and breakfast crockery when dishwasher cycle very long! tried shorter cycle but didn’t wash to good standard. Had to leave washer unpacked so a bit stressful

Nine bedrooms with nine en-suites was just what we needed. Large lounge and dining & kitchen where we could all spend time together. House was decorated very well. Beds were comfortable. Location close to town for shopping. Kitchen had everything needed. Staff contact was easy.

Heating in the main house was a little tricky to maintain in the bedrooms. Lighting in the two back bedrooms of the main house was very dark. Back bedroom on the left did not have bedside lighting. Back bedroom on the right bed was a little soft. Tissues were not supplied. Some of the crockery plates were chipped.
