Fully renovated and equipped, this beautiful one bedroom can accommodate 4 travelers and consists of the following:
- A living room with a sofa bed for two people, a dining table
- A fully equipped American kitchen open to the living room
- A bedroom with a double bed
- A shower room with a toilet
- A 30m2 garden with table to eat and barbecue
The apartment is through, air conditioned with wifi internet.
In a new and secured residence, you will have access to the pool of the residence (secure) and a parking space in the basement, a real luxury in the heart of Juan les Pins

I live on Antibes so I am always there to help and advise you. I will welcome you at the bottom of the building to give you the keys and give you information about the apartment.
## Neighborhood
In the heart of the city, you can do everything on foot and even go to the tip of the famous Cap d'Antibes where you will find private beaches and nature reserves.
You are in a lively neighborhood and at the same time peaceful. In summer you can browse the shops that open later in the evening to enjoy after dinner. You also have private beaches that have their restaurants just steps from the apartment.
## Transit
To get to the apartment:
- You can take the train and stop at the train station of Juan les Pins which is a 5 minute walk.
- You can take the car and take the Antibes exit on the A8 motorway which is 20 minutes from the accommodation.
- If you come from the airport, the apartment is 20-30 minutes by car.
## Notes
The apartment is on the ground floor.
Linens and towels are included in your reservation. Toiletries are also provided for each traveler (shampoo, shower gel, soap).
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. You will still need to take out the trash and do your dishes before you leave.
Swimming pool opened from May to October.

In posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, panetteria, supermercato, in uno stabile nuovo, ubicata al primo piano con giardino.
E' una casa molto fresca, accogliente, dotata di tutti i confort.
Superplus il parcheggio privato, tv schermo 65 pollici, wi-fi, Netflix.
Il giardino privato ha un patio con barbecue con grande tavolo.
insomma perfetta
