Résidence calme avec piscine privée, logement cosy très bien équipé et très confortable. La place de parking couverte est top surtout quand on loue un véhicule. Les alentours sont calmes avec commerces proches ouverts tard. La proximité de la plage est un vrai plus. La présence proche de l'aéroport est appréciable pour les vols retours tôt et ne génère pas plus de nuisance sonore que sur le reste de l'île.. L'agence en charge du bien est sérieuse et très à l'écoute. Je recommande fortement.
