The staff welcomed us and we enjoyed our 2 night stay near Mirabell Palace where we enjoyed a lovely evening concert. Lovely organ concert at Salzburg Cathedral, interesting tour of the fortress, inlcuding the funicular ride up there! The hotel was near the train station but I was having issues with my mobility so we took a cab. The hotel was lovely, with a terrific buffet breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
