- villa bien situé
- belle vue sur mer
- les facilités autours de la villa (commerce et centres de loisir)
- équipement du quotidien trouvé sur place (exemple: lave-vaisselle, fours, miro-ondes, lave-linge ...)
- ajouter une barrière de sécurité pour accéder à la piscine pour les enfants de bas âge
- ajouter les dimensions de la piscine dans l'annonce
- améliorer le signale WiFi
