To summarize my stay, I'd say it's a quiet place where you can rest well, and it has transportation

What I liked is that they are very flexible with checkout, and they offered to look after my luggage while I waited for my flight. They also helped me with the Uber from my accommodation to the terminal.

What I didn't like was that there were a lot of ants and some small cockroaches. There's no bathroom shelf, and flushing the toilet is extremely difficult. I always needed my husband's help.

Horrible location

The address brought me to a favela where I didn't even dare to get out of the Uber to find this host at night as a single woman. So I booked something else really quickly and asked the Uber driver to take me away. Ive no idea if this accomodation actually exists and did not want to take the chance to find out.

Very helpful host lady and great location

Just a few steps is the shopping center. Host lady very helpful. The day when I left the hostal, I still got a riocard with 12.9 BR in it. She helps to buy from me and then she use that to support other new clients. There are all kinds of kitchenare in the room, refrigirator, microwaves, coffee machine, mixer, oven etc., making our life very easy.

We run into 42 degree high temperature during our stay. The air condition is less powerful in such high temp. We cannot stay well in the room especially in day time. And the shower became too hot in high temp days

there is no reception and I couldn’t be able to contact with house landlord. it was terrible without someone answer the door especially, the house is inside of small condominium. you need to cal urgent book.com service to ask for help!

The host was very nice and it was awesome having a whole unit to myself for such a wonderful price.

There were small bugs in the bathroom such as cockroaches and a centipede.

Too much cockroaches need desinfection

It was so bad at the end i forget what i like, the place can be nice but need a urgent desinfection i hope booking help the owner on that so she can have a clean rent

I try my best to stay but it become a nightmare at the end, i dont want to write a bad review to the owner or the property but the owner lie to booking.com on my case and she see with me that she have cockroaches , she have so much that she see one when she come see me when i left , if she dont lie i will not write this review , i hope she really try to fix this problem because i think she is infested with bugs , and she also after 2 days decide to change my refrigerator with a old one without any explanations, i try to be nice as possible but its too much for me , she should try to fix her place to not bring bugs to her next costumers, i will just say other than that she is a nice person when you dont have problems with her, its a place who can really be nice if no bugs ... i have to leave all the food i buy when i see more than 6 cockroaches on the microwaves and big one on this refrigerator ... i never see that before... and more everyday ,

Sempre me hospedo lá e continuarei hospedando, acomodação perfeita para duas pessoas, localização excelente ao lado do supermercado prezunic, duas ruas de distancia da estação do metrô, farmácia ao lado, restaurante.

Desta vez eu fui e tinha ar condicionado, achei perfeito não tenho oque reclamar

Uma das piores hospedagens que já fiquei. Chuveiro com 1,70 m, precisei tomar banho de lado. Ar-condicionado quebrado, janela minúscula, Wi-Fi não funcionava e ainda o check-out é às 9h da manhã. Não vale o preço.

Da cama e da localização

Tinha muita poeira, teias de aranhas, tomadas queimadas, cachorro latindo a noite toda, gente fumando e o cheiro dentro da acomodação, a moça que atende demora bastante tempo pra responder fiquei ligando pra ela uma cota de tempo e fiquei um tempo esperando ela me atender pra conseguir entrar, lixo de baixo das camas e o banheiro não tem descarga, mofo no teto, horrível.

supermercado, farmácia e Varejão perto.

Diferente das fotos, banheiro com vazamento, falta de cordialidade, ofereceu UM rolo de papel, higiênico, mas em nenhum lugar dizia isso, não é pelo papel, e sim por não informar. Informou horário de silêncio, porém não dizia nada sobre delivery, e os moradores/hóspedes do complexo acharam ruim e fizeram comentários desnecessários sobre nós, o portão não tem segurança nenhuma, mas acharam ruim o entregador abrir de noite, vai entender. Não me senti bem recebida e nem acolhida.

Sin duda no volvería a hospedarme ahí

Muy mal olor en el baño, a tal punto que no nos pudimos bañar porque del olor que había no se podía ni entrar. Los colchones se undian de blandos y te levantas más adolorido y cansado que la noche anterior. La ubicación no me pareció demasiada segura ya que según me dijeron los dos Uber que nos tomamos que está rodeado por favelas, a la vuelta hay gente indigente viviendo en calle, en la vereda gente orinando las paredes, a la noche todo demasiado oscuro, mi pareja no me dejó salir a comprar para cenar a la noche.

De tudo! A kitnet é toda equipada, você consegue cozinhar, tem um mercado quase na frente, tem fogão, cafeteira, frigobar, a Tv é smartv e a internet funciona bem! Ah, o chuveiro é bem quentinho, simplesmente amei tudo, se pudesse dar 1000 eu daria!

O lugar é bom, tem tudo, ar condicionado, wi-fi, utensílios de cozinha, ferro de passar roupa e outras coisas.

Não gostei pq, eu fui fazer prova sábado e domingo da marinha. Cheguei lá na sexta às 22:40 pq conta do trânsito, foi tranquilo. Mas no domingo deu 9:30 e eu já estava no local fazendo a prova, ela ao invés dela esperar dá 12:00 para o meu namorado ir para rodoviária, ela já expulsou ele logo cedo, achei uma falta de consideração, pq não tinha necessidade dela fazer isso, e a gente tbm não conhece o Rio, só fui lá para fazer a prova, e não tinha como eu levar minhas coisas para o local da prova.
