If you are looking good value for money spent, search no more, this is the right place for you! Everything was exeptional, starting from smooth check in, very helpful staff, extremely high hygiene of the building in total and many other stuff. It is so close to the center so everything is here, no need to use your car at all. Market, ski storage and ski rental on the ground floor are a big plus. Accomodation itself is so functional with all you could possibly need for your confort. You have your privacy and yet everyone is at your disposal any given time. Very well equipped and very clean. Excellent view, not loud even it is so close to the center. Perfect communication with the landlord.

Very beautiful apartments , cozy , clean with new and modern furniture, the hostess was very helpful, respectful and responds to messages with support.
We asked to leave early because of the location and she was understanding and helpful.
The restaurants and cafes in the hotels and other buildings in the area are great
The location is underdeveloped, 90% there are buildings under construction.
Don’t recommend going to this location if you want to relax as you will hear construction sounds
The area is not very clean even with the snow it doesn’t look nice.
Maybe in a couple of years when all projects are finished by then the are will be nice
If you are going “ only “ for the slop then you will be able to enjoy.
Restaurants, cafes are only located inside other hotels and buildings in the area.

The apartment is clean (upon arrival), relatively new and well furnished. It has all one needs to stay with the whole family. Very warm inside with own heater and floor heating. We got to check-in earlier which was really nice.
While the cleanliness was very positively mentioned in many of the comments... it was not mentioned (clearly) that the daily cleaning was on-demand and paid for separately. It probably isn't paid extra otherwise, but we stayed towards the end of the season and everything was low-key. The restaurant Baza, in the building, was closed. There was no 24-hour front desk service. Ski rental also opened on-demand.
We got only 1 key to the apartment. The intercom is unusable. It required 2 digit number to choose the apartment to ring while the apartments are numbered with 3 digits :)
The water heater is really strange (most probably programmed) in a way that it seems to decide itself when it is a good time to heat. Sound isolation is not so good.

Bed was comfortable, proximity to other things, ground floor storage space cabinets.
It was not terally cleaned, floor wasn't vacumed..part that are under sofa...when sofa had yo be moved a bit it shows up, no floor mat outside of room doors... Bedroom outlet is accident waiting to happen, as the cover is missing and live wires can be touched by fingers. Also no receipt, and door clerk didnt know how much to charge us. No microwave.
