Landhaus am Schindelberglift - Entire property

Our country house at the Schindelberg lift is located at an altitude of approx. 900 m in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Bavaria - in the middle of nature and yet central (Steibis 2 km, Oberstaufen 7 km). You have more than 300 sqm of luxury combined with a wonderful mountain panoramic view. The elaborate renovation of our Lanhaus took place until July 2019 and now you can expect a piece of jewelery in a fantastic location including our own ski lift, with which you can reach the entire ski arena from the house, including the ski pass. A holiday with us is not only worthwhile in winter - you can feel more than comfortable in our region all year round. We, as a partner of OberstaufenTourismus, offer our guests the OberstaufenPlusCard (included in the rental price) - ski pass for the entire region and also free use of all mountain railways in summer, free entry to Oberstaufen thermal baths with sauna and leisure pool, free climbing in the Hauber climbing park in approx. 35 minute Hiking trail from the house, free summer tobogganing on the Hündle, free entry to the Thalkirchdorf u. V. M.). - nobody gets bored with us - and after a hard day full of experiences, you can be together in the spacious living / common room (50sqm) on the south terrace with its own slope and experience great hours together. On cold days, warm up 2 infrared saunas for up to 4 people each.
Nothing should be missing in our house. This is ensured by: 8 bedrooms (each with between 2 and 4 beds) for up to 24 adults and an additional 3 baby beds, infrared sauna, an east terrace (approx. 85 m2) with a beautiful view of Oberstaufen, a south terrace (approx. 65 m2) with a view on your own slope - in winter you can climb the ski lift, east balcony for beautiful sunrises, three fire bowls, each with a tripod grill, a natural stone meadow, a small stream on the house for near-natural experiences for your children, 8 parking spaces in front of the house, free DSL WiFi (from Fall probably with a fiber optic cable), storage room for skis / bicycles etc., three fully equipped kitchens, 4 bathrooms, 3 additional toilet rooms, stone floors with underfloor heating, a children's play area, panoramic windows with a view of Oberstaufen and the mountain range, 3 x Smart TV, high-quality Canton sound box, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, bed linen and towels and more.
