About this apartment rental
The apartment will be refurbished in December 2019 and equipped with new flooring in the upper area. Images will follow after completion.
A beach chair is included in summer.
The approx. 66 sqm comfort holiday apartment, which extends over two floors, is located in the small fishing village of Dorum-Neufeld directly behind the dike, in a quiet holiday home complex only approx. 500 meters from the cutter harbor and green bathing beach.
On the lower level, with the exception of the sleeping area, with granite flooring, there is the fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area with high chair, TV, a double bed, high-quality bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a marble and granite shower room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, toaster, coffee machine, food processor, kettle and iron with ironing board.
A cozy balcony with a table and four chairs and an extendable awning.
On the upper level, which you can reach via an open staircase, you will find a laminate bedroom / living room with wardrobe, sofa bed, table, stereo, board games, flat screen TV, DVD player and two single beds, which of course can also be converted into a double bed let it slide together.
All beds have high quality mattresses, pillows and blankets.

Ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein großer Pluspunkt für den Strandkorb

Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Die Küche ist nahezu perfekt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Weg zum Meer nicht weit. Trotz Haupttouristenzeit ist der Strand nicht überlaufen und der Strandkorb ist bei starkem Wind sehr nützlich. Dank der vielen Radwege eignet sich die Gegend gut zum Radfahren.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der TV am Bett und im Wohnbereich, leider waren nicht Programme gut zu empfangen. Mir persönlich war die Matratze vom größeren Bett zu weich. Ansonsten war die Wohnung ordentlich und sauber und wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen.
