何をとっても平均点以上で安心して度々お世話になってます。これは凄いと言う特徴はないけれど値段考えたら素晴らしところです
温泉施設はシンプルなものでこれ以上は変えられないとは思います、温度もう１℃上げてもと思います。暑い季節は今の温度でも構いませんが、冬はぬるく感じて寒くてなかなか温まりません。よろしく
今回グループで行きましたが朝食はまとまって座れなかったのが残念でした。

貸し切り風呂があって良かった

全てに満足です。
露天風呂の眺望を含め温泉はもちろん満足でしたが、一番は夕食でした。良い食材を、秩父ならではの味噌、醤油を使ったり、予想の一つ上をいく味付けで提供されたり、驚きの連続でした。
別室で夜食として提供された担々麺も評判通りに美味しくいただきました。
宿泊した日の夜はたまたま空調が壊れていましたが、スタッフの方が対応され、深夜には復旧していました。日テレの「ホットスポット」を思い出しました。

温泉もとても気持ちよく、料理は地元の食材が豊富に使われて、トータルして食事は派手ではないが美味しくいただけました！コスパが良くて大満足です！
ベテランの従業員の方ですが、
ドリンクを選んでいる時に料理の説明をするからと言ってメニューを見ている途中でさげられた。
料理を置くスペースに置いてあったスマホが邪魔だったようだが勝手に移動するのはどうかと。
空の皿を下げる時の「さげちゃいましょうねー」の言葉がホテルの印象を安っぽくさせてしまうので残念。
