Modern Lakeside 2BR with Console & Waterpark

The condo was beautiful... great quiet community, everything was basically new, the full size kitchen had all the cooking tools needed, very spacious for three people. It was very comfortable. Beautiful design through the entire condo. The balcony was a plus. The condo was super clean (except for the dust issue due to no A/C filter). Love the Disney Theam. Location was convenient. Closed to Old Town (8min drive). Disney (15min drive). Universal (20min drive).

The noise level from the 3rd floor condo was sometimes unbearable. You can hear the kids run back and forth all day long... They were there during our 3 week stay so possibly long-term tenements. They constantly drag the chairs and were making noise from 6am to over midnight daily. You also have construction noise for a few hours each morning but the noise from the construction was minimal. Recommended the location to add a A/C filter to reduce the dust in the unit. Communication needs improvement. I emailed the owner on the 1st day that the shower was slow in draining. Got an email two weeks after my stay, on a Saturday saying the site supervisor would be in the next day (Sunday). We waited all day Sunday and Monday (waste our vacation time) and nobody ever showed up. The phone numbers in Booking.com listed as the host doesn't know any answers to your booking stay. The back gate of the complex has been broken since a hurricane a few years ago, still not fix. The back gate works on and off, so it's best to always use the main gate. Although there was a pool in the condos m mon, nearby, it was closed the entire stay. During the weekend, the main pools (lazy river and other pool next to it) was open and was fill overcapacity (over 100%). During COVID19 the pools were not supposed to be over 50% capacity. The pool had a long line outside with people waiting for others to leave the pools, no social distancing, nobody had mask. Although, the checkin area had a sign that only one guess at a time can check in, the lobby was constantly pack with many people. In a 3 week stay we were only able to use the pool once during the weekday.

The gate house where you check in needs to be moved farther into resort property. Too many lanes of traffic trying to get in. And only one person working the check in.
