The Kitchen is fully equipped and can cater for all your needs. Breakfast and Lunch can be taken at the breakfast bar, or the cosy Breakfast nook which includes a table and chairs.
The 2nd Lounge is situated at the front of the home and is a lovely cosy place with a 3-piece suite and a coffee table where you can enjoy a game of cards, read the newspapers or your latest book.
The Dining Area is situated off the kitchen and has is warm and welcoming feel where everyone can enjoy some home cooked delights while catching up on the day’s events.

- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.
-Must leave proprty in the same state of cleanliness and general order as found.

We had a great time at the house and the clubhouse pool area. Plenty to do for everyone in the family. We wish we would have added the pool heat(late march stay). But the kids had fun and the club house pool was very warm. House was very spacious and accommodating for all. We would definitely stay here again.

great house, quite community. pool was heated, you have to ask to turn it on, extra cost but worth it. only negative is the traffic to get in the community , the guard at the gate is overwhelmed with cars to get in, it could take 15 minutes to get in the community.

House was nice, clean, pool was great. Had a few house issues but management responded quickly. If your looking for a quiet neighborhood, this is not the place. Loud parties & music every night from surrounding houses. Even though there’s security on the property, The notices in the house tell you to call the police for noise complaints. Location is right off of I-4, but the traffic every night when coming back from Disney area is terrible. The highway & exit to get off is always backed up.
