The overall location and house was perfect. We were a short two minute walk from the beach, and there is a gas station/store right behind the property which was great for basic needs like milk, cereal, and bread. The split level apartment style was great for our blended family stay, it gave both parties privacy when needed. Many great places within walking distance to grab a bite, we highly recommend getting a reservation at least once at Cafe 30-A.

I was extremely surprised to find out when we arrived that there was no interior stairway between the two floors of this 3 bedroom house. I was also dismayed to discover that each unit (upstairs and downstairs) had its own coded entryway. It made life very difficult especially during a very rainy week at the beach. I just wish that information had been clear in the property description!
The upstairs kitchen looked clean on the outside but once I got into the drawers and cabinets it was a mess. The cutlery drawer was full of food crumbs! The cabinets were very well stocked but it’s an organizational disaster.
I chose this house because in the description they said that because of the Covid-19 pandemic they had removed all throw pillows and coverlets, etc. However, they were not actually removed from the property. Instead they were just stuffed into closets above and below the hanging space. I had to move these things out of the way or not use closets at all because they were such a mess!!!
When we turned on the ceiling fans upstairs gray dust rained down on us!
I will say that the property managers were friendly when I texted them with my issues.
